When SMT4 was tested on the Timken Bearing Test Machine. Failure did NOT occur between the test piece and roller wheel when 140 ft lbs pressure was exerted on the torque wrench.
Competition greases placed under test on the same Timken Bearing Test Machine failed at 40 ft lbs or less. Therefore it is wise to pack your bearings with SMT4 to ensure reliability over time.
Excellent for Front Wheel Bearings and RV Wheel Bearings.
A simple test to prove how efficient SMT4 HP Bearing Grease is. Use a Laser Temperature Gun to compare the lower running temperature when you repack with SMT4.
